Orders and Shipping
We are offering 100% free shipping on all orders.
No hidden fees or extra charges!
Once payment has been processed (1-7 days) and item has been marked as “Shipped”, your package will arrive within an estimated time frame of 12 – 20 business days. Shipping time may differ depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, holidays, and any natural disasters that may occur. Tracking will be provided for each individual item separately, as some items may be shipped from our other locations based on availability. Each item may arrive more quickly or more slowly than others.

If you entered the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible through the Contact Box! We are unable to send you another package or make any address changes once your item has been marked as shipped.
As soon as we dispatch your order we will email you tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

If you wish to cancel your orders please contact us within 4 hours of placing an order.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it’s been dispatched to postal service.
Sometimes it happens that available stock for products that you have ordered is located in 2 different storehouses and for that reason, you will receive your order in 2 different shipments. If it happens that you receive one before another, don’t worry other will arrive soon.
